Checking the packaging seal when your order first arrives is a simple, worthwhile quality step — separate from the broader formula-consistency and billing questions we've raised.
Confirm the safety seal is intact and undamaged when you first open the package, before assuming the product inside is exactly as expected.
Contact customer support immediately if you notice any sign of tampering or a broken seal, rather than using the product, and reference your order number in that conversation.
Read the formula audit first, verify the seller, and check every checkout term before you pay.
